Return & Refund Policy
At Scuderia 1976, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we aim to provide a fair and transparent resolution process. Please read the guidelines below:
1. Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Return Requests & Case-by-Case Evaluation
All return requests must be submitted to support@scuderia1976.com within 15 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the request
- Photo(s) of the item(s)
Each return request is reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the customer's location, shipping logistics, and applicable international regulations.
Due to international shipping constraints and import regulations, return options, instructions, and eligibility may vary depending on the country of delivery.
3. Return Approval & Instructions
Returns are not automatically authorized.
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Exchanges or Returns
If a return or exchange is approved, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
In cases where a physical return is not feasible due to international shipping restrictions, alternative resolutions may be offered at our discretion.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Check with your bank
