When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and processed from Monday to Friday. Please note that weekends and public holidays may delay fulfillment times.
We typically ship orders the business day following processing. Orders placed during high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays) may require additional time.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been processed (which may take 2 to 4 business days), it will be dispatched and delivered within approximately 10 to 15 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
